Return Policy strictly 7 days from delivery

  2. Packaging and Shipping: Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Post your products to Beauty Fennique, PO Box 1722, Carindale QLD 4152, ensuring to include your name and order number. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will notify you and process the refund automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
