Thank you for shopping with Beauty Fennique Nail Supplies. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are packed on the day they are placed:
- Orders placed before 9:00 AM AEST are dispatched same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST are dispatched the next business day
Processing and shipping days exclude weekends and public holidays.
*Sale & Restock Periods: There may be a processing delay of up to 2 business days during sales or restocks.*
2. Australian Shipping Rates

- Regional deliveries may take 5–10 business days depending on location.

We ship via Australia Post and Smart Send.
3. Authority to Leave
All parcels are delivered with Signature Required. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery your parcel will be held at your local depot for collection. is selected at checkout.
4. Local Pickup — Carindale, Brisbane QLD
We offer free local pickup from Carindale, Brisbane QLD 4152.
- Select Local Pickup at checkout
- We will call you when your order is ready for collection
- Pickup is available during business hours
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand and the United States.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.
