Thank you for shopping with Beauty Fennique Nail Supplies. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

Orders are packed on the day they are placed:

  • Orders placed before 9:00 AM AEST are dispatched same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST are dispatched the next business day

Processing and shipping days exclude weekends and public holidays.

*Sale & Restock Periods: There may be a processing delay of up to 2 business days during sales or restocks.*


2. Australian Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping $15.00 flat rate Metro: 2–5 business days
Express Shipping $18.00 flat rate Metro: 1–3 business days
  • Regional deliveries may take 5–10 business days depending on location.
  • All timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to natural disasters, public holidays, or peak periods (December–January).

We ship via Australia Post and Smart Send.


3. Authority to Leave

All parcels are delivered with Signature Required. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery your parcel will be held at your local depot for collection. is selected at checkout. 


4. Local Pickup — Carindale, Brisbane QLD

We offer free local pickup from Carindale, Brisbane QLD 4152.

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout
  • We will call you when your order is ready for collection
  • Pickup is available during business hours

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand and the United States.

New Zealand Weight-based (calculated at checkout) 7–14 business days
United States Weight-based (calculated at checkout) 10–21 business days

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.


7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible:
