No need for base coat if applying over nail enhancements, one coat is sufficient for coverage but if a stronger look is required 2 coats will be beneficial.

Amazing mirror chrome product, I do my own nails and have searched for a mirror like chrome and I finally found it! They also sent out these cute little heart stickers as a thankyou and it's so freaking cute. Added abit of gel on top of it to pop more.. Definitely buying more products. I used the white gold chrome.
